The lAM REPRESENTATIVES ASSOCIATION (IAMRA) pledge ourselves to labor united in behalf of the principles as defined within our Bylaws and Constitution and toward that end we who labor for others are ourselves becoming better organized as a first example of trade unionism, and to endeavor at all times to bring about increased respect and recognition for Union Representatives as members of a unique and distinctive and demanding calling, different and distinguishable from any of our previous trade vocations which enjoyed union conditions.

As active IAMRA members we embrace current and future technology so as to best communicate and ascertain the needs and determination of our membership throughout the United States and Canada, and so that we may, in a timely and confidential manner, collectively ascertain, understand and act to maintain and grow the benefits and protections of our Union organization and contract conditions on behalf of ourselves and others.

This electronic devise and software sets the example by practicing what we preach and because we realize that all employees may be subject to discriminations, uncertainties and evils attendant to existing technologies and conditions, and by utilizing quality, proprietary IAMRA software that is designed to provide privacy and security for each and every IAMRA active member, we initiate our electronic IAMRA Voting System so as to secure your individual decisions, determinations vote by using this method.
